I offer Cognitive Behavior Therapy and other modalities, to address stress related issues, such as depression, anxiety, grief, loss, addictions, and other concerns. As a Gerontologist, I help families and their loved ones resolve complex issues important to the aging population. As a Certified Advanced Addition Counselor, I offer treatment toward alcohol and drug addiction recovery. I listen in a nonjudgmental, relaxed, and confidential setting. I believe that it's important for your therapist to become part of your medical team, so that your concerns are treated with respect and dignity. The result is that people become healthier in mind, in behavior, in spirit, and physically. This means that folks may live happier, healthier, and more fulfilled lives.

I have taught at Wayne State University and Baker College in the Master Social Work and Psychology Departments.
My background includes hospice, long term care, psychiatric social work, and administration. I am on most insurance panels, including Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, BCN, Cofinity, Aetna, McLaren, THC, UBH, Tricare, and others.
