I am a general internist and see patients 16 years and older. Since this is essentially a primary care specialty, I view myself as the main health advisor for my patients. Listening, educating, recommending, and discussing treatment plan options that we both agree on is what I love. I aim to be accessible and encourage our patients to use our patient portal email system. Working with you to keep you healthy or restore you to health is my passion. I work along side my nurse practitioner, Laura Lawrence, who is very talented and helps me take care of our patients. Exceptional care is what we strive for at Internal Medicine of Addison.

Dr. Duhaney is an awesome doctor. He listens to the issues I have and offers his medical expertise. He has a calm and very easy to talk to. I don't feel rushed through the process like I have with some other providers.
