Unreal. 3 different websites for this business. Waited an hour to be told they only do surgeries now because there is no money in the rest of podiatry and to try the Dr. down the street. Unprofessional and mis leading. Filled out 14 pages of information with 8 signatures only to be told they no longer do nail care. "Clermont has been good to us, so we now only focus on surgery. Took a day of work and everything. They could have told me when I scheduled. They could have told me when they called to confirm. They could have told me before I waited an hour in the waiting room! Its all about money, not the patient. Put that sign on your door!

Horrible policies. Took my elderly mom who does not speak English very well and they would not let me back with her to ask questions and translate. My mom came out and could not explain to me what the Dr had recommended. Ridiculous and a waste of money. Very discriminatory of them. they said it was due to co-vid but if I was an appointed translator I could go back. Does not make any sense!!
