Says he accepts Medicare, but at end of the appointment he said he didn't consider that enough and insisted I pay more than the contract he signed with Medicare and he wanted it on my credit card or cash. He had always accepted Medicare for the identical procedure many times in the past. Isn't that fraud? As a result he lost my business (and future money) entirely. There is a business saying in Scotland: One can shear a sheep many times, but slaughter it only once.
