I had heard wonderful things about this practice and was happy to get an appointment so quickly. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see the doctor I'd thought I'd made the appt. with and Dr. Jensen was the replacement. I have PCOS, and it is a complete miracle that I am pregnant. This was my first appointment at 9 weeks pregnant and my husband and mom were with me too. Dr. Jensen was extremely condescending, rude, brash, and completely lacking in sensitivity. The few questions I had the courage to ask her were answered with sarcasm and arrogance. I felt insulted, unheard, and uncared for. Instead of being excited and informed, I left that office in tears. I want to meet with the doctor I originally thought I'd set the appointment with so I will return to the office one more time. However, I will never agree to be seen again by Dr. Jensen under any circumstances. I'm hoping that the next appointment will be the one I was hoping for.
