PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It appears to be a fly by night company with absolutely no legitimate aspects of it whatsoever. This could prove to be a danger to any invalid or elderly patients who will rely on these awful people to deliver equipment. Phone calls are routed to a cellphone, new equipment appears used, they told us that during the several hour drive to drop off the equipment they thought about turning around because it was not worth it, they sped out of the driveway twice throwing rocks, yelled at each other one from inside the house one from the yard, every communication with this "company" gave the appearance of a scam company that probably gets some kind of govt subsidy and has to sell the occasional piece of equipment to appear legitimate. Unfortunately a case manager handled this order and we were left speechless and completely shocked at the individuals that either work for or own this company. Please do not use them they do not need to be in business there is something entirely wrong with this outfit.
