They provided a knee walker via my husband's insurance when he had food surgery. It did not come with any safety or product information beyond the manufacturer's pamphlet.

Now they are repeatedly sending us some kind of safety info that must be for legal purposes to show they were in compliance on sending it (5 months later). I think not.
