I am a retired Respiratory Therapist and I have been given nothing but terrible service from this company. I got my CPAP machine over 2 years ago and they have never sent supplies or serviced the machine and every time I call they say they are going to take care of what I need and never do. I have been using disposable supplies for over 2 years which is ridiculous. They do not care about patient care and they customer service lacks a lot to be desired as well. I wasn't given a choice of suppliers my doctor referred me to them, and I am going to let him know as well along with my insurance carrier.
