live very close to - have bought many medical needs from wristbands to equipment/walker etc. lots of things my husband needs etc. they are always "at your service"

Months ago I went there to ask if they could fill a dog prescription. After they confirmed they could and how they would match Walmart's price, I returned 24 hours later with a written script. The pharmacists read back to me my phone number and told me they would call when it was filled. More than three months later ( today 05/01/2017) I returned to ask where it was. Their response was "April" the pharmacists quit and shredded the script without filling it . No phone call or anything was ever done. Now they say they can't get the drug "Apoquil" This company should be responsible for such a horrible experience. My Vegetarian is upset with me for asking for a written script instead of letting him fill it I now have to pay considerably more. THANKS FOR NOTHING SIMPSON'S PHARMACY !
