BEWARE!!!! Customer service is the worse I have seen. The staff is untrained and snobby. They want to sell you something but when there is a problem they are useless. Had a rolling walker purchased from them that the brake failed. Bought a new walker from them and found out from the manufacturer that the original one was still under warranty. I contacted the manufacturer , gave M&M the info and the walker to repair, M&M got the parts free, Gave me the walker and the parts back, and told me to TAKE IT TO A BICYCLE REPAIR SHOP to get it fixed. I will never go back!!!
