I didn't want to get knee braces, I fought it for a year until I really had no choice left but to do it. I went to Saunders and probably while not being the best of patients, Chelsea took her time, explained everything in detail for me so I knew exactly what was being done. Mine had to be custom made so they took more time and effort on her part, but all through it, she kept me well informed and even after my fitting when I needed to come back for more work, I was taken in and still given the great service and personality I received the first 3 times. This is a company that is definately just as concerned about the patient as they are about their business. In a money drives everything mentality today, it's nice to find a place where they make sure your taken care of no matter how long or how many trips you have to make. Coming to Saunders is definately worth at least a look if you find yourself needing these kind of devices. They will not let you down. Thank you so much Chelsea :)
