At first Orbit was alright, in the past month when you call them you very seldom get anyone to answer their phone you have to leave a message, never do you get a call back. I ordered something and was told I'd receive it in the mail on Wednesday. Thursday was Thanksgiving, so I didn't expect it Friday, Saturday Nothing Monday nothing I called the company Monday and again answering machine , after 5 messages and 4orders for oxygen, I had a real Rude customer service lady on the phone. It was at that time it was scheduled to go out, I asked why it wasn't sent out. Again it is scheduled to go out. I could have walked their and back. Also I had to cancel a Dr. Appointment because I never received the oxygen that I left messages for, Friday Monday, Tuesday. If I ever get the oxygen that is needed for the Doctor's appointment on Thursday. I will be looking for a new medical center.
