Our Chiropractor

Dr. Joseph Harb earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Life University College of Chiropractic in Marietta, GA. He recieved his Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan State University in Medical Technology. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association. Dr. Harb is board certified through the NBCE in Chiropractic and Modalities. Dr. Harb is a Diplomate of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Dr. Harb is proficient in Full Spine, Diversified, Toggle, Thompson and Activator techniques. He has previous work experience with a Brimhall practitioner with the use of Applied Kinesiology. Dr. Harb also has previous expereince as a Medical Technologist and as a Certified Nurse Assistant and can answer many of your questions concerning your health.

Rude, unprofessional receptionist is why my rating is so low. I was referred by a friend to try this branch of chiropractic care for overall balance to help relieve some issues I’ve been having, so I made an appointment. I made my appointment for yesterday(Saturday) at 3pm. I wasn’t expecting traffic and arrived at 3:07and was asked if I had filled out my paperwork. I told her I didn’t have time and my printer wasn’t working so she tells me I may not be seen today because 3pm is the cut off and I should have filled out my paperwork before hand. I told her had I known that, I wouldn’t have wasted my time I. Coming without completing the paperwork! She claims she told me on the phone which is a huge lie! Why would I drive 25 mins without the paperwork knowing I wouldn’t be seen?? Makes no sense! She proceeds to argue with me that the doctor won’t take me and that I’ll have to come back another day. I end up walking out. I have never experienced a receptionist ARGUE with a Customer on something as silly as paperwork and being 7 mins late. They give a 15 min grace period but I guess it didn’t apply to this branch (as my friend goes to the Brookhaven branch). I will never return!
