How to get started: New patients will fill out a “New Patient Questionnaire ,” that covers the patient’s medical history, current condition, and other pertinent factors. Dr. Celina Graca, DC will examine the patient at the initial appointment. Then the treatment will be customized accordingly to ensure proper care.
