I am beyond impressed & very grateful with not only the quality of care I’ve been given @ Raintree Chiropractic but the service as well. Dr. Greaves is an outstanding chiropractor that always goes above & beyond to make me feel better. So many chiropractors adjust their patients the exact same way @ every visit & then send them on their way; often experiencing even more discomfort after the adjustment than before and trying to “sell” the patient on several follow up appointments. Not Dr. Greaves, he adapts his treatments per the individual patient on every visit & always makes certain you feel better & have experienced relief before you walk out the door. Dr. Greaves takes the time to listen & learn about his patient’s lifestyles & concerns & what could be causing the pain & discomfort. I’m so impressed in his quality of care that I’ve referred several friends & family members to him that have all been equally as impressed & thankful.
In addition to the fantastic care I’ve received the quality of the support staff is excellent as well. Lisa, the practice manager is not only extremely kind & friendly but always very accommodating when scheduling appointments & working with patient’s busy schedules. Lisa is a whiz @ working with the insurance companies on the patient’s behalf which is a true blessing.
Very fortunate to have this chiropractic office in Lee’s Summit!!
