I had the worse experience with her, she was very unprofessional. There no one there to greet me in the reception office on my first visit, even though they requested me to show up early to fill out 1st time visit forms. She finally came out 10 min after our appt was supposed to start. The initial visit went ok, so we made a f/u for a week later. I showed up early and once again no one there to greet me, so I sat there for awhile. She finally came out 20 min after our appt time, and admitted that she had forgotten it was earlier. I was really annoyed at this point because I had a holiday event to attend right after the appt with her and I had no time to spare. I told her that I was going to need to reschedule since she was late and I didn't want to have half an appt.
So she started arguing with me that I was punishing her for being late, stating that her previous appt had made her late for our appt (even though she already admitted that she forgot we had an earlier appt). She also started complaining that she cancelled plans with her daughter to have our appt, (not my fault she planned time with her daughter during office hours) and that I should be sympathetic to that.
I told her that I have an engagement that I needed to be at and that I was leaving. She argued further, at first telling me that she was going to charge me for the visit anyways, and then as I walked out, she followed me out into the parking lot and yelled that she will never see me again! Really?!!!
Soo unprofessional, the worse doctor experience I've ever had, I recommend you try another chiropractor.

Dr. Fletcher is thorough, professional and really helped me to feel better when I needed treatment due to an auto accident
