Dr Rich is great. I do physically demanding work, I have some spinal compression issues and get out of alignment quite a bit (mostly due to a physically active childhood). Dr Rich adjusts me and takes the extra time to make sure I'm aligned and feeling right before I leave the office. He's also got me doing traction and stretching therapies at the office, as well as, modified traction and stretching at home. Having been to several chiropractors, Dr Rich is the best I've found.
