The staff wasn't too friendly and are not competent. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They barely gave me any information at all. This dirty, smelly facility does not deserve any stars. Terrible therapist, techniques hurtful and detrimental to my recovery, according to surgeon. No initial assessment, no description of exercises, no documentation to take home. Very little equipment, yet prices over $100 more than other facilities per visit. Just because insurance might pay is no reason for overpriced billing. Therapist mean, has a terrible attitude, and did not even read paperwork and got surgery wrong though Rx was right in front of her. Duh, a knee is not a hip. Totally regret going there twice, and so thankful I changed quickly. So is my surgeon.
