RUN FROM THIS OFFICE !!! DO NOT GO HERE !!! I have spoken with 4 other people who have had similar experiences. NOT impressed. I am a small person who had shoulder surgery and then went to ArrogantCocky for rehab PT. He immediately diagnosed me with a frozen shoulder ( no one else had...) and handed me a multi-page exercise routine to be done daily. I went to several sessions of "one size fits all" exercises, with the PT assistants showing me how well they could move because they work out at the gym all the time, next to me struggling to move without pain. Everything I had been told and read- until seeing this "doctor"- stated that I should feel a stretch, and NOT pain, yet I was told here to push to 80 % of my pain threshold for 5 minutes !!!! When I asked WHERE I should be feeling the stretch- to make sure I was doing the movement correctly- the PT aides could not answer the question and rather than ask the doctor, they said " I don't know " and went back to playing on their phones on chatting with the other PT's. .I was told the pain would go away within an hour, yet I always went home and was very sore several days and the pain stayed longer after each session. I did the exercises at home, yet felt continually worse. I asked if medical intervention under anesthesia to free the shoulder would be better- quicker, and I could then work on building strength and flexibility. The "doctor" said no, this would be fine but would take several months ! Another big guy came in during my 2nd session, doing the same exercises, and I asked how he was doing. He said he's been doing it for FIVE months, "felt like forever, and the progress was slow". I asked for a measurement after my 3rd session, and the "doctor" stormed in after my PT session, then FORCED my arm into 4 very painful positions to "measure" . I have been through a lot of PT for an assortment of injuries ( had a dangerous profession) and NO ONE EVER pushed any part of my body to severe pain to measure. The "doctor" did not push the arm to screaming pain the first time he measured, so it made no sense to do it the 2nd time ! My arm is still sore, does not move well in the positions it did PRIOR to this abusive measurement, and now hitches and catches in places it was smooth in , up until this visit. A couple other people I spoke with in the next week told me similar stories. RUN , AVOID, BE AWARE.

Update. Now have spoken with FOUR other people who experienced similar abuse. I have been 2 times to another PT in the area, and IMMEDIATELY felt relief and majorly improved flexibility. No pain during the session, and a bit tired after, but not sore. She did great stretching, then the PT. Majorly impressed and feel like I am healing, not getting worse.
Also, the staff at the first place never cleaned the benches or workout tools after patients. Yulk !! At the 2nd PT place, the benches are cleaned after each person.
