The set up at this place is extremely tacky, it is very reminiscent of a third rate fitness gym. I was never placed with the same therapist more than once, and each new therapist had myself doing a completely different set of therapy sets. On more than one occasion I complained to the therapists (he or she) that the sets that the therapists were having myself preform were causing substantial pain, but I might as well had been talking to a wooden door, as the therapists paid no heed to my complaints. They (CORA) tried to phone myself for a second series of physical therapy sessions of which my insurance carrier had approved. However, I ignored the phone call and never returned the phone call as requested. Needless to say, I will never return to this place again. If I could reward them with ZERO STARS, I would.

The service is very tacky. We have been here basically a hour and it seems as if when one receptionist speak to you that's the only one that attends to you and note there are three of them. The one that spoke to us went on lunch and haven't returned so we just sitting here as of we are invisible because no one is saying nothing to us. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Not professional at all and if this is the kind of therapy that will be given at this center it needs to be closed
