I just want to share how incredibly unhappy I am with this office and their "patient care."
Summit Eye Care in Middletown Ohio. Dr. Steven Schadwick.
I walk in there with my 2 MONTH old SLEEPING son and the lady at the front greets me with "is that a baby? Where is someone to watch IT, we don't allow children in and here he won't see you with a baby." (not even a goodmorning)
When I ask to reschedule this doctor comes out and they tell me I should go elsewhere he can't help me.
There was one other woman in there with 2 small children, 1 in a carseat, whome they told to leave in the waiting room for her visit.
The receptionist was extremely rude and didn't even offer an apology or any sort of empathy. To top it off the doctor told me I should go somewhere else!!! I wasn't rude or nasty and did not deserve to be treated like that.
