One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
