Glaucoma Testing

Michael Carboni, OD

A thorough evaluation of the outside of your eye will be done with a microscope and a glaucoma or pressure reading will be performed. A dilated examination of the retina will be done to rule out any eye tissue disease or optic nerve problems. By dilating or enlarging the pupil, more areas of the interior of the eye can be seen to better rule out any eye disease. If necessary, we will take special photographs to monitor for any changes in your eye health.
