NEW PATIENTS BEWARE! After arriving 20 minutes early for my first appointment, I arrived with my completed paperwork in hand. I asked if I needed to "sign in" wherein I was advised no and to have a seat. After sitting for 10 minutes, the person from the front desk came out to the waiting room to apologize stating that she failed to enter my appointment in their computer and that I was not on the schedule for the day. What a "first impression". She asked if I wanted to reschedule wherein I politely stated not at this time. There are too many eye doctors in the Dublin area for me to even consider giving this office a second chance.
