Very unprofessional. They called and left an appoint. conf. the night before which was normal. But day of, 3 hours before my appoint. called and asked me to call back and confirm. When I tried to call and do that, their phones were "messed up" and they couldnt hear me. They called again one hour before my 1pm appoint., the message said if i didnt call back they were going to close the office for the day. I arrived to a locked office after a 68 mile drive to get there. Their hours state M-F 9-5pm
