I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling. I work with individuals, couples, families, adults and teenagers regarding issues such as trauma, grief, loss, addictions, depression, anxiety, relational difficulties, life transitions, and attachment disorders. I specialize in treating couples, including couples and partners whose relationships have been ruptured by sexual addiction and trauma. I also facilitates women’s support groups.

I began working in the mental health field 10 years ago. I have multiple years of experience working in addiction recovery, therapeutic mentoring and behavioral intervention programs. I utilize a client-based approach to treatment, which leads to goal-oriented, interactive, task-centered and strengths-based therapy.

I am a member of the Professional Association for Sexual Addiction Treatment (PASAT), the Society for the Advancement of Sexual Health (SASH), the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) as well as the Sacramento Chapter of CAMFT (SVC-CAMFT).
