Nelson Smith, DDS

We want our patients to live in optimum oral health. We can do this by developing long-term partnerships with each patient. Our goal is to serve our patients with "Golden Rule" dentistry. In this process, everyone wins.

We were established in 1985, our office is in a beautifully restored Victorian house. We currently have 6 wonderful staff members who will be very happy to assist you with your dental needs.

Education Dr. Smith received his undergraduate degree from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, in 1977 and graduated from Case Western Reserve School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland in 1981.
Training Dr. Smith completed his Residency at St. Vincent Hospital in 1982, Dr. Smith established his own practice in Fremont in 1985. He continues his postgraduate education with a variety of courses each year.
