Services I prefer to have clients that are WEEKLY & set aside the time in advance. My ideal client Listens to their Body & is committed to a regular day & time. I see 2 types of massage habits: 1. Steady & Regular 2. Compulsory type massage habit. I work with both types. But even a massage pre-planned as few as 3 times per year is still good.

I work well for those people who have chronic stress issues and pain management issues. I have taken many different continuing education classes and learned various modalities but I really think it comes down to the pace, quality of touch, style and technique that is VERY UNIQUE TO EACH THERAPIST.

What is most unique about my style of massage is my attention to the details & my intuition, my pace, transition, quality of touch, blended strokes & blended technique, blending modalities for balance and ease with a sense of nurturing positive healing energy. I started Massage in 1995 in Utah for IHC hospitals & since 1999 in Texas.

I Specialize in Pain Management, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports, Deep Tissue, also relaxing massage, Therapeutic Spa, and a combination of longer strokes and transitional Strokes to get you to a relaxation zone and give the most comfort. The table has thick memory foam padding and lambskin under the sheet. My hydrolic table allows me to position you where it is most effective, and allows me to have plenty of energy. This is a nice option especially for Prenatal work where the Mother-to-be is positioned on her side.

My continuing education from Sterlng is in Neuromuscular, Sports massage, Shiatsu, Tui na, Aeroma Therapy, Business Ethics, and meridian reflexology. From Astens College of Massage Therapy and Dallas Institute of Healing Arts, I recieved certifications in basic reflexology and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Also Remedial, Acupressure, Acu-Yoga, Biomagnetic Repatterning, Cranio Sacral, Deep Tissue, Myofacial, Trigger Point Therapy, Poloarity, Thia-Yoga, Esalen, and Prenatal Massage.

I had a few 30 minute sessions recently in Aug from Donna when she was doing the Volunteer massage for our Foundation for Autism, she massages over 100 parents of Autistic kids who need it badly. 1 or 2 times a year since 2008. These parents are stressed beyond belief and she makes their life a little easier. I have never seen a better therapist. When getting a longer session Lomi Lomi is my favorite. I wished she lived closer & I would do this every week at least ONCE a WEEK!! She makes you feel like you are in Heaven.

I've been visiting Donna, whenever I was sore or unable to sleep, for several years. She is very strong, and has the ability to approach tension or injury with sufficient pressure or sufficient care in any circumstance. From her table, to her lotion, to her training, and the questions she asks, she is all about quality and taking care of her clients.
