Dr. Wang is not reliable and doesn’t have any compassion for her patients. Never returns calls on an emergency basis and literally will just dismiss you and tell you to go to another doctor. She performed surgery on my eye and almost a year later it is worst then when I first went to Dr. Wang. I Am now blind due to her negligence.

The first appointment she arrived late to the office. She was clearly overbooked. After still having problems with my eyes more than a month later after her treatment I called the office and was told to continue drops. Still no relief after using the drops another week. I called back and was told by someone else I shouldn't have continued the use of the drops. This person explained she had sent the Dr. several messages about my situation, and she didn't respond, therefore I didn't receive a call back. As of now I have spent $214. office calls plus $98. out of pocket expenses for the prescription and refill and still have the same problem I had the first time I went. I would not recommend this office. Our eyes are very important and to be treated with so little care and concern is very disappointing. No bedside manner here unfortunately. I'm sure she has helped others along the way, but for me, I lost all trust. I won't be returning or referring co workers and friends.
