Have visited before in 2018. Arrived at the office to pick up my daughter’s glasses. The office was disorganized, and although the staff had contacted me to tell me the glasses were ready, the lenses had not been put into the frames, and someone crossed our name off of the sign in list, so we waited and waited while everyone else was called. The receptionist never asked why we were waiting. Probably not revisiting. Also found it a bit pricy.

I had the same exam I used to get when Dr Towsend owned the business.
I thought the Dr was thorough and nice to talk too about any issues with my eyes.
I do find the are very expensive. I paid $140 more this year than last.
I do not plan on returning to this practice.
