I seek to meet clients wherever they may find themselves on life's journey, and to provide a safe and accepting therapeutic relationship through which to explore their pain and distress. My passion is to assist clients in increasing their overall sense of well-being by seeking to understand the influence of their history on present functioning and exploring new possibilities for relating in the present and future.

Services My clinical experience includes working with adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families in addressing a variety of concerns including stress management, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, grief, loss, coping with chronic health problems, self-care, work-life balance, disordered eating, relationship problems and life transitions.

I also provide premarital and marital counseling and am a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator. I have a clinical interest in sports psychology, health psychology, yoga and mindfulness for developing mind-body awareness and self-compassion, and assisting clients in promoting overall wellness and healthy life style practices.
