They always listen very carefully to all of my input and concerns. All my pet's treatment decisions are made collaboratively instead of them just telling me what to do. My appointment was great. They saw my pet right away, and treated us very well. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. My pet and I didn't have to wait long in the appointment room at all. I appreciated that they were able to get my pet in quickly. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
