My husband and I visited your clinic just recently. It was our first time there. While my husband talked to, Mary it made me very uncomfortable. As if flirting with him. My husband was embarrassed. And I was far from impressed. I had to ask her a question regarding the Billing system and she acted annoyed with me, especially when I didn’t fully understand her answer and I ask her to please explain further. Her voice got very stern and loud enough for others to hear. Her response was uncalled for and totally unprofessional. My husband and I both agreed to seek care some place else. We are reluctant to provide our personal information. That woman seemed like a revenge type, if you crossed her.

Crossroads is by far one of the best physical therapy places in the area. I worked with Ryan S. and he was professional, always listened, and took the time to answer my questions. It was one of the first physical therapy places that made me feel like the care about what they are doing.
