The services provided here are extremely helpful and arguably some of the best PT I have received. However, I experienced some concern at their front desk. The front desk is severely understaffed, and others can be seen not helping. Whomever the sweet young lady that was working up front was doing umpteen things trying to help everyone alone, while answering nonstop calls while I was in the waiting room.

John is amazing with what he can do in building orthotics and in helping reduce pain and help you heal. I could tell talking to him that he really had a keen understanding of biomechanics for a runner or skier (my other sport). I saw him for ankle pain, later for plantar fascitis, and now I'm looking at knee surgery so hope I can go to him for that, also!
