To do this I often use a Breakthrough Treatment called EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) that is a Non-invasive technique using the healing process each of us already has: the REM sleep cycle that enables you to have dreams every night to process what you experienced during the day. I use this healing process to target specific issues while the client is awake and fully aware.
