I have seen Shashi for several years, receiving medical massages to help relieve a frozen shoulder (thoracic outlet syndrome) condition; however, more recently, these sessions have been focused on my hip flexors to eliminate stiffness and pain involving IT Band, piriformis and tensor fasciae latae.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. At other places I've been to, sometimes the massage therapist's hands have been too cold, but they weren't at all here. They were the perfect temperature, which made my massage even more enjoyable. It was so nice to finally find a massage therapist that really goes out of their way to make you feel valued and important. They were so friendly that I felt like I could be one of their closest family members making me feel relaxed and welcome each and every visit. I felt special and very respected especially when I had very severe lower back pain. I felt the staff was very emphathic and honest to my situation and forms of treatment. Each massage is a very relaxing massage, such that I walk out feeling much better than when I walked in. I can honestly say that each visit was a fantastic experience.
