I am a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and I work with clients who suffer from a broad range of mental and emotional health issues, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, addiction, and schizophrenia. My approach to care is tailored to your needs and may include psychotherapy and/or medication, depending on your preferences. I also incorporate nutrition and exercise as treatment tools for improving mental health based on the latest research about these approaches. If you desire, we may choose to incorporate your loved ones in your treatment to help them learn how to support you one on the pathway to full recovery.

My goal is to assist you to regain control over your life and rediscover your sense of purpose and joy. We will work together to find the course of treatment that best supports your well-being and enhances your quality of life.
