Being my first experience with a therapist and having lots to talk about, I was really anxious upon arrival. Dr. Bolton quickly put me at ease, like an old friend. Before I knew it, I was sharing intimate details and experiences with a very non-judgmental, very interested and caring friend. The ability to unload some many thoughts was in itself comforting. Dr. Bolton made it easy and safe. She offered input, asked relevant questions and listened. Can't wait for my next appointment. Feeling better already. Appointments start on time.
