In his formative days as an aspiring Physical Therapist Alexander worked as a swimming instructor which gave him a broad exposure to therapeutic direction of exercise. He also obtained certificate of Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer. Dr. Mandel believes in providing comprehensive evaluations with the highest standards of rehabilitative care available to return patients to their optimum level of physical well being. This place is amazing. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The environment is very professional and clean. However, most importantly this review is for Alex.
He is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I am walking now without a limp thanks to him and his staff. My therapist was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Whenever any new ache or pain arose he knew exactly why it happened and helped me. I actually enjoyed going to PT.

They don't have private rooms but they do have a curtain partition that makes me feel like it is just me and the therapist.It was somewhat encouraging to see everyone else working as hard as I was. I was so pleased that I didn't have to wait before I got to talk with the receptionist. The office is perfectly staffed. I felt 'heard' by this provider. They listened to me and I am really impressed with their apparent concern for my well being. Whether I had a billing question an appointment question or a procedure prep question, the staff answered everything completely. They were clearly well trained and were very willing to take the time to help me. They created a fantastic program for me and I was able to get better almost immediately. After leaving the office I felt so much better and couldn't wait to come back and have another session. The Physical Therapist was very friendly. And I felt like I was in great hands.
