In order to get the best results, I often spend 45 minutes to 1 hour with a patient! The majority of the treatment time is spent treating the soft tissues (i.e. Muscles, Tendons, Ligaments, etc.). My approach to restoring spinal and joint health is to treat not just the bones that make up the joints, but also the soft tissues and the nerves that control them. I have found this approach, along with effective wellness strategies, more complete healing and improved function is accomplished.
