Our Therapeutic Massage services include manual lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, pregnancy massage, and rehabilitation massage. We can bill workman's comp, auto and health insurance with a physician referral.

Therapeutic Massage: for rehabilitation and injury prevention; neck, back, and muscle pain; headache and migraine reduction; orthopedic and soft tissue rehabilitation massage.
Lymphatic Drainage: pre-surgery massage helps prepare your body and reduces toxins in the surgical site. Post-surgery lymphatic drainage improves healing and reduces scar tissue formation.
Relaxation Massage: Stress reduction and over all wellbeing. We also offer hot stone massage.
Pregnancy Massage: decrease stress and tension, decrease lower back pain, improve overall wellbeing. Delivery massage helps reduce labor pains. Post-partum massage helps improve healing.
Geriatric Massage: As we age, our body loses its flexibility. Massage therapy can help you remain flexible, reduces pain and increases mobility.
Esthetician Services: Microdermabrassion, dermalplanning, lashes, waxing, peels, professional make up application and facials.
Personal Training: Our trainers help you achieve your fitness goals no matter what they are and where you are when you start.
Health and Wellness Coaching: We offer a variety of health and wellness coaching services to help you achieve the healthiest and longest life that you can.
Appointments: All services are available by appointment only. Same day appointments are usually available.
Insurance Billing: Insurance billing is available with a physician prescription. We bill workman’s comp, auto and health insurance.
Therapeutic Massage may be a tax deductible medical expense. It is reimbursable through your flex spending account with a physician's prescription.
