Yoga is a practice joining of the mind and body. Therapeutic Yoga is an adaptation of yoga to help with certain psychological or physical health problems that are not addressed in traditional yoga settings. We offer both traditional yoga and integrative yoga therapy, a gentle style of yoga that allows anyone to participate by modifying postures. Our yoga classes can enhance physical and emotional well being, help manage and reduce physical and emotional health symptoms. Psychologist, certified in yoga therapy, to address issues in chronic pain/illness and depression, anxiety, & stress.

The Therapeutic Yoga Center is committed to providing an integrated approach to health. We believe individuals are made up of mind, body, and spirit. Our goal is to provide classes and 1:1 appointments that meet the clients' needs. To accomplish this, we will provide our clients with quality, personalized services that improve their feeling of well-being and overall phsycial and emotional health. Our classes include Gentle, Vinyasa, Restorative, Fusion Core, Rythmic Groove; Therapeutic classes include General Therapeutic, Prental, Back Pain, Arthrtis, and Chair. Psychological services are available. Insurance accepted when appropriate.
