I am a Clinical Nutritionist and Health Coach, believing that what you leave out of your diet is as important as what you include in your diet. I teach a collaborative approach to nutrition, using food towards optimum health. Integrative medicine has always been an interest of mine but my passion for nutrition intensified when my Mom and other people around me were diagnosed with Cancer. It was through these events that I learned the remarkable power of food and its ability to prevent and heal illness and disease.
