As a Registered Dietitian it is my goal to help you create a healthy relationship with food. I utilize a non-diet approach to help my clients make peace with food and break free of the constraints of eating disorders, dieting, and emotional eating. I understand eating disorders and will help you discover your food and eating habits. I will help you move toward long-term, lifestyle changes that promote health and well-being. I also enjoy working with athletes on fueling for optimal performance and increasing overall energy levels. In addition, I provide individual consultations for other nutrition related concerns including medical nutrition therapy, wellness and prevention.My mission is to help you create a healthy relationship with nutrition and exercise by empowering you to make confident, informed decisions to increase your overall quality of life.
