At Journeys Counseling Group I provide a comfortable, open and safe environment in which clients can learn, grow and implement change; turning problems into possibilities. I offer options of treatments that fit the client’s needs and comes from a humanistic and wholistic approach while taking the family and lifecycle into consideration. Modalities of treatment that I offer include variations of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy including ACT and DBT as well as solution focused therapies. What makes my practice unique is that I also offer a fully equipped play therapy room for children and their families including sand trays and art therapy.
My goal as a counselor is to reach positive changes in every client's life by creating an environment that feels safe and exploratory while looking at experiences, fears, and desires through multiple lenses.
