My style of counseling is focused on self-exploration and increasing an individual's level of understanding surrounding their current life circumstances, and their own behaviors and reactions to those situations. In therapy, I assist the individual by acting as a guide to better facilitate this journey. My philosophy is that a client is much more inclined to make possible their own solutions, if they are responsible for creating it.
