I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. When there was a problem with my bill that THEY had made- I thought I had paid in full almost a thousand dollars, but they called me two months later and said if I did not pay the balance of $25 before that Friday they were sending me to collections. Well Friday came and went and they sent me to collections. After spending almost four thousand dollars out of pocket with this office in over a year period- they sent me to collections over $25.00. The woman on the phone ,who I believe is Dr. Hamlins wife,was VERY rude and not budging on their mistake.

Was perfect until the day after surgery, when the problems emerged. I called to beg for help but he would not see me. I had to throw myself on the mercy of my family physician, who was wonderful. This guy is very charming and gracious until he touches you. I suggest Dr. Gissal over in Moorsbridge or the oral surgeon (I forget his name) who's been in practice on West Main forever. The latter removed six wisdom teeth, two impacted, and I required just half of a pain pill that night. Next day I enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner. Hamlin removed a pre-molar and it developed a dry socket. I was in agony for a week.
