In an atmosphere of kindness, safety and respect I want to work with you to realize more of your potential. Together we will work on strategies that facilitate positive change, greater understanding and hope for a brighter future. We will explore ways to cope with current life stressors, anxieties and depression. We will be examining choices that we are making as well as thinking patterns.
