Strange place, not at all friendly or warm especially considering their work involves healthcare and appearance.
Not very helpful either and vague with conflicting even questionable statements and so defensive and deflective and blaming.
Happy to take your money but will not follow through or take responsibility to ensure proper fit nor did they address real concerns and try to remedy faulty fitting and even bizarre repair.
Every time I tried to explain how i could not wear them and possible reasons why , I was cut off or blamed or met With hostility or told Bs or just not heard.
Frustrating
How many times must one repeat I CANNOT wear them without pain, uneven pressure points , swelling, sores. And have not..,
Instead of selling people on your dentures and why to use metal lining to add teeth lost why not do an evaluation prior to impressions. Because after spending over 3000.00 and then being told you’re dentition too complex really is horrid.
And I do not expect perfection, I want to be able to wear them fir more than an hour before I must remove them
They don’t even check for proper contact of tooth surfaces unless you ask which was unusual and is usually routine practice
And dentures always need tweaking and adjustments., even years later
I felt they had no interest in helping me solve the problems their dentures caused me and never inquired or asked appropriate questions . And never listened!!!
They were not willing to stand by their work in such an essential service and just could not accept feedback , became defensive , even hostile and inpatient. Or came up with convenient reasons to deflect the reality and never accepted or consoled me by showing understanding and willingness to resolve NBC.
Not a good way to do business
And just did not care or acknowledge how awful it has been for me
Perhaps the reason they hardly ask how they fit or feel is because they do not care and yes it becomes complicated and is ongoing even tedious . Similar to adjusting a wheelchair in that a tweak here leads to more tweaks,
That is just how it works and you cannot just not try or give up.
Something very off and off putting.
Even telling me one thing and then changing it, or agreeing to a way forward and then completely forgetting
Or the time I made an appointment and drive the 60 mi trip to be told they left
No apology and insinuating I did something wrong.,
Or showing up as directed to be told I had to come back
Too many insults
From day 1
I don’t think they realize how important it is to be accountable and recognize an error ,, it is admired even and certainly normal but to ignore just leaves doubt
My experience has been pretty bad and I was stunned by their coldness .
I deplore having to leave such a review and realize one loses future help For expressing my experience.
There are just not many options close by.
Best to journey .
This field has a long way to grow and to learn that all the formulas utilized do not fit or work for all and accept the challenge . And express that. But at least try
And spend more time listening before you assume or admonish someone.

Kismet, at the Mayo Denture Center went above and beyond anything I could've expected to help me and resolve the issues I was having.
She, and her husband, Chris, are absolutely great and I would definitely - highly - recommend them.
