I am a licensed professional counselor and have been in private practice for 13 years. My traditional background is cognitive behaviorally based and specializes in Bipolar Disorder and Sexual Abuse. However, I have extensive experience in working with depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, anger management, and self-development. My Spiritual practice focuses on grief counseling, spiritual development, energy/chakra balancing, and intuitive guidance. I enjoy working mostly with individuals who are ready to take responsibility for their lives and open themselves up to the next level of living. I also work with children and couples. My counseling approach combines intuitive guidance, reality therapy and cognitive development to embrace all aspects of the mind, body, and spirit.
